Principle: no tracking or analytics services
This website has been deliberately designed to minimise data collection. We use no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes, no tracking tools (such as Google Analytics), no social media plugins and no external advertising services. No data is transmitted to third parties for the purpose of analysing your browsing behaviour.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties in this context.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, Suite 575, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Netlify processes the data arising when the website is accessed exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions (processing on behalf of a controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). Delivery takes place via a global content delivery network, which means data may also be transferred to servers in the USA.
The following safeguards are in place for this transfer to the USA: Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision 2021/914, Art. 46 GDPR) are used. Server log files
When this website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser and stores it in what are known as server log files. This is generally:
- IP address of the accessing device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
Processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the technically faultless and secure operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.
Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the details you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) will be stored in order to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as storage is no longer necessary, subject to statutory retention periods.
This website contains no contact forms. Contact is made exclusively via the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers provided.
